The home comes equipped with a variety of amenities including air conditioning, a barbecue (BBQ), a fireplace, a heated infinity pool, a hot tub, a television with Netflix, a sound system, and a security system. The home policies state a minimum stay requirement of 14 nights during the peak season and 7 nights for the rest of the year, with usual check-ins on Saturdays. A damage deposit of €20,000 and an incidental deposit of €6,000 are also part of the rental terms.
