Residence Courchevel is spread over 6,100 square metres providing spectacular views of the valley and the Dent du Villard summit (2,284 metres), all offering an ultra-indulgent luxury experience. Each Residence is home to four or five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping eight to ten adults, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for the privacy and space to relish an ideal post-lockdown escape.

Designed as a tranquil retreat in a buzzing destination, guests can enjoy the most spectacular views of the verdant alpine landscapes covered in immaculate white snow. With access to two ski rooms leading directly to the Belvédère slopes and a boutique ski store onsite that provides inhouse ski fittings, Residence Courchevel brings the world’s largest skiing playground to your front door.

Nord Resort comprises four five-bedroom Residences and one four-bedroom Residence for those seeking extra seclusion in the mountains. Providing shared access to the spa, on-demand concierge and housekeeping services, the Sud Resort is ideal for guests who want privacy and seclusion, with the slopes located a two-minute walk from the Residences.

Sud Resort consists of eight fully-serviced fourbedroom Residences and four five-bedroom Residences with direct ski-in and ski-out access to the Belvédère slopes from each Residence. For guests who want to revel in the full experience, these Residence provide all the inclusions of a luxury stay and our Signature Services including; private airport transfers to the resort, a shared butler, driver and services 24/7 as well as daily housekeeping, breakfast and afternoon delights. Its shared lobby area has a bar and a scenic restaurant with a cocktail bar overlooking the slopes.
