Vila Heliodor is a brand-new villa on the market, concluded in 2022, but with the oldest cornerstone. In the early 1960s well-known artist Milovan Stanić created an entire project by himself. Today, Villas´ 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor his work and creations.

Inside the villa, 4 bedrooms, complete with a king-size bed and a sleek bathroom featuring a standalone shower. The kitchen, dining area, and living room seamlessly blend into one expansive open space.
